Terms of use

1. Purpose

Note My Design (the “Service”), available at notemydesign.com, lets you submit a visual (poster, flyer, logo, mockup…), share a voting link and collect anonymous scores out of 10, whose average is displayed. These terms govern the use of the Service.

2. Publisher

The Service is published by FPH, a French single-member limited liability company (EURL) with share capital of 177,000 €, 2 rue Percheronne, 28000 Chartres, France — RCS Chartres 932 293 129 (see legal notice).

3. Account and access

Submitting and voting require no account. An optional account (email address or Google sign-in) lets you find your visuals and their results. Sign-in is passwordless, via a link or code sent by email. You are responsible for access to your mailbox.

4. User content

You warrant that you hold the rights to the visuals you submit and that they do not violate any law (infringing, hateful, pornographic content, or content harming third parties…). Visuals remain your property; you grant the Service a limited hosting and display licence necessary for its operation. The publisher may remove any reported or manifestly unlawful content without notice.

5. Votes

Votes are anonymous and technically limited (one vote per browser, network cap). Any attempt to manipulate averages may result in removal of the votes or the visual concerned.

6. Free service

The Service is currently free. The publisher reserves the right to introduce paid features, which would be subject to specific terms.

7. Personal data

See the legal notice. In short: only data necessary for operation is collected (account email, visuals, votes, anti-abuse IP); it is never resold. Rights can be exercised at contact@pastelfamily.com.

8. Cookies

The Service only uses technical cookies (session, anonymous voting identifier, language).

9. Intellectual property

The Service's brand, interface and software are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for user-submitted content or for the use made of the scores obtained. Displayed averages are purely indicative.

11. Term, deletion and termination

You can delete your visuals at any time from your space. The publisher may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable settlement, the courts of Chartres shall have jurisdiction.
